Choose from our full range of A-Grade PET Mylar stencil rolls, available in four thicknesses to suit every application — from delicate hobby stencils to heavy-duty industrial use. All rolls are 914mm wide and laser safe.

Choose Your Thickness

  • 125 micron (5 mil) — lightweight and flexible, ideal for curved surfaces and fine detail work
  • 190 micron (7.5 mil) — our most popular all-rounder, great for craft, signwriting, and repeat stencil use
  • 250 micron (10 mil) — thicker and more rigid, better for intricate cuts and heavier-duty applications
  • 350 micron (14 mil) — maximum rigidity, ideal for industrial laser cutting and commercial stencil production

Slitting Service Available

All rolls are 914mm wide. We can slit to your required width with up to 3 cuts (e.g. 3 x 300mm). Please note each slit loses approximately 2–3mm due to blade size. Select the slitting option in the product listing.
